Don't merge me. These are one-off helper scripts that can be used:
Requires the gh cli.
Point CLAUDE to the slop in ./scripts/README_LABEL_MIGRATION.md he should be able to update the scripts upon your command.
The labels here are the result of: create new labels + add labels missing that exist in execution-specs already:
